The Federation of European Societies for Surgery of the Hand congress, FESSH 2026 will be held from 3rd to 6th June 2026 in Basel, Switzerland, exploring the theme of balance in hand function—emphasizing the interplay of skeletal stability, joint congruency, ligaments, muscles, innervation, vascularity, and central nervous control.
